Since 1994, Doug has assisted a variety of businesses to evolve from start-up through orderly growth or turnaround and into maturity. He offers 25 years of experience in all phases of financial management with high technology, manufacturing, service and construction companies. Consulting specialties include business planning, budgeting, cash management and general business operations. As a former bank lending officer, he has expertise in the business loan packaging process. Doug has consistently received "excellent" reviews from SBDC business clients.

He has worked as Chief Financial Officer for a construction consulting firm and as Treasurer of ICOT Corporation, a Silicon Valley data communication manufacturer (NASDAQ listed).

An experienced trainer, Doug has taught budgeting, cash management, and risk / financial management for the Founders Business Academy offered by the University of Phoenix.
